You’ll need a cheese grater tool!

I happen to have and love this microplane grater as it’s such nice quality and affordable too. I use it all the time to add grated cheese and citrus rind to recipes and has stayed sharp for years.

Frozen mandarins were easier than I anticipated to grate into a small bowl. The mandarins were pretty stable as well and not sliding around. Just be extra careful when you get towards the end. I was able to grate two oranges to create a bowl of frozen orange fluff!

The link in the post is not for the grater. It’s for a stand mixer.
