Speaking of oil, does anyone know where to buy MoroccanOil inexpensively?
Also, does anyone out there have a 20% Amazon code they don’t need? Please email me at jdean708@yahoo.com
Thanks!
does anyone know the shelf life of this stuff? i was thinking about using it in my food storage
Just looked at my jar, it looks like the expiration is about 2-3 years out. Mine never last more than a month or two though (because I use it all, not because it goes bad!) 😉
Thanks. I was wondering the same thing.
it lasts forever…but if you love it like I do and use it, it won’t last ‘forever’ 🙂 I think I’ve read that it’s a preservative, so I don’t think it will go bad. There so much good about it…..https://products.mercola.com/coconut-oil/
Thanks, I’ve heard this oil is very healthy for you, so I’m glad for the great price to try it out. I used an amazon gift card from swagbucks and scored it for free. Thanks so much!
Do you have to wait until it ships to cancel the subscribe and save? or can i go cancel the subscription and it will still ship out? thanks!
You have to wait until it ships before you can cancel the subscribe and save! If you cancel now, the order you just placed will be cancelled as well.
Thank you!
I just wait for it to say preparing for shipment or something similar which is usually withing a few minutes of ordering. Then I cancel everytime. I have never had a problem with my current order being canceled.
I’ve done this a few times and you can cancel as soon as you place the order. It will even tell you that this doesn’t affect the current shipment.
I love this stuff!
Has anyone tried this making popcorn? How does it taste?
We have a whirly popper and use the pre-measured packages (that have popcorn, seasoning, coconut oil in them), but these can get very expensive.
we love it with popcorn!!!!!!!!
oh and with the whirley pop we buy the big bag of Uncle Willie’s in our produce section… and measure out our own oil. Its so much cheaper and you’re not limited with your oils. We use peanut, olive, coconut, etc
you can get two 54-ounce tubs for $35.17 using subscribe & save (.33/ounce) as well. That’s .06 less an ounce!
popcorn or oil?
It’s also very good to use for hair and skin care on brown babies…. we have a little boy from Ethiopia that we are planning to use this in his hair (it’s really short).
Agreed! I am African American and I use it from my head (dreadlocs) to my toes, not to mention eating it. We sauteed green beans and onions with it just last night. It was awesome!
We are adopting two little boys from the congo and I’d love any and all information of what type of products to use on them:) Thanks!
Hi Melissa,
Congrats on your adoptions! What a blessing!! Email me agrant2201@yahoo.com and I will help as much as I can. Since you’ll have boys, styling will be much easier than girls since you can cut their hair low.
Hey since there are so many posts about Amazon today I have a question. I have started getting the gift cards with my swagbucks and was wondering if you can use them on anything on the site. Thanks
yep, they work for anything on amazon. they are just like a regular gift card.
Thanks.
So you could order for example coach purse or clarks shoes?
Yeah, absolutely anything. That’s been my experience. I just paid $1.75 for my coconut oil because I had $10 in gift cards applied! I haven’t had a problem using the gc’s on anything yet, and I’ve been using them a little over a year.
