Feeling kind of nervous… I’m ready to checkout and it said my promotion code was entered but I’m on the last page and its still showing $5 for shipping but the next button says “submit order.” Did anyone else’s do this, yet the charge was actually for less (minus shipping)? Thanks!
Well, I just checked out and I’m pretty sure I paid for shipping. Wondering if the code failed for anyone else??? I guess I’m going to give them a call tomorrow and hope for a credit… maybe the code was only valid for 5/26 because I realized it was after midnight when I completed my purchase.
I’ve heard that the coupon code won’t work when you copy and paste it. You actually have to type it into the box. I did the same thing and have emailed them hoping for a credit.
I got it to work for me just now & it’s after midnight here. I typed the code in & it said free standard shipping before & after hitting “submit order”.
I ordered and it only gave me 7 of the 8 tanks i ordered, plus I was charged $5 shipping. I contacted their corporate and i was told the Code is from the Entertainment Book and the code expired in August of 09. The code ENT0809 means it expires August 09. I cancelled my order. Oh well.
