Check your bank account! My confirmation email said 16.00 and there was a 29.00 charge on my debit card. They charged me for the scarf. I have an email in to them now. I hope they resolve this. I didn’t want to pay for the scarf.

They are refunding my money! The sweater I ordered ran out of stock but they are still sending me the scarf for free. So 0.00 for a scarf! Great customer service.
VS sent me an invoice for $13.48 and then I went online and found out I was charged $37.44. She said that sweater wasn’t on sale with that scarf. The CS is looking into it, but I’m not very optimistic.
I got my order and I was charged $21 for the scarf..but that is not what my cart said when I checked out! I’m going to call customer service and complain. Can they really do that? Give you one price when you check out and then charge you more?
Sorry ladies, but the scarfs aren’t all that anyhow, free or not.
The quality was so-so and the length was more like a swag for a bay window…just silly.
I actually felt bad gifting it.
