If you do the ‘subscribe & save’ does it ‘lock in’ that great price…so, when it is time to ship the next shipment…you get it for that same price?

I got this last time and it is really good. This time i snagged it for 0.06 with my cards from swagbucks. Thanks so much!!

I like regular Malt O Meal (add a little butter & I liked it even better). I don’t really care for the chocolate kind…or so, I thought. I made the chocolate Malt O Meal and added a little of this coconut oil, about a Tablespoon to my bowl, yum! If you like coconut & chocolate…this is a tasty way to have breakfast.

If you like coconut, this is a very good coconut oil…processed properly. You can read more about that on Nutiva’s website.

I got this last time, and I love it! I haven’t baked with it yet, not sure how/what to bake – but I’ve used it as a spread on my toast and its delicious and melted a little in a pan for pancakes….I’m hoping its really as healthy as they say and am tempted to “stock” up, for unrefined, cold pressed and organic, I think this is a great price. I haven’t tried it as a moisturizer yet either.

What do you all do with this coconut oil that is featured all of the time? That is one thing I have never used…

Coconut oil is a natural anti-viral food. It protects the body from viruses. My 18 month old nephew woke up last winter with red, watery, mucus-filled eyes. My sister in law rubbed a tiny bit of coconut oil around the edges of his eyes the following two nights before he went to sleep and his symptoms were gone. No medication needed. My husband and I have used it in our homemade granola bars and our oatmeal as a simple way to boost our immune system and stay healthier. It has been linked with a cancer-fighting diet (https://www.westonaprice.org/modern-diseases/cancer/1834-a-holistic-approach-to-cancer.html) and healthy fats that strengthen the immune system. Beware if you know you are salicylate intolerant (https://www.westonaprice.org/food-features/1896-plants-bite-back.html) .

Just wanted to share that this stuff is amazing as a deep conditioner. Google it…and you only need a little so it lasts forever. It’s one of the few oils that actually builds up the hair because it can penetrate the hair shaft up to 80%. So if you have fine, limp or weak hair try it.

i bought some the last time around but have only used it once or twice on dd’s excema because i heard it would be good for it…not sure if it worked as i have been inconsistent with it. i also havent used it in foods as im still scared of the saturated fat content it owns. i do know however, that it is great in hair and when used as a styling product in dd’s hair, it stays wonderfully kept for long periods of time 🙂 btw, mine has not been solid since i bought it…it stays liquid with minimal solids at the bottom. should i refrigerate despite it saying the bottle doesnt need refrigeration?
also, for anyone weary of buying due to expiration dates…i bought mine in early may, and when i checkked the bottles, the production date was April 10, 2010!! they literally just made the thing and shipped it out!! gotta give em points for that!

I just subscribed and mine is on the way! This will be my first time using coconut oil, but I have a friend who makes her own deodorant with it and claims its amazing so I’m going to give it a try!
