Seems like a crooked email/personal info harvesting scheme. Submitted the info and then it said “no longer available”. When I tried again it then said I had already used the offer.
So, if this is in fact legitimate (which I’m skeptical) basically if they run out of stock of their tiny amount of free samples, they count you as having already received a sample and will NEVER give you another sample even if you never received a sample in the first place. A decent web site would not tell you you have already received the offer when you never have because they were out of stock. Again, very crooked and deceptive.
