Try the whole grain pasta out there if you are worried about extra calories. It taste almost as good 😉
And for those who don’t care for the taste (me) but want a healthy pasta, it’s pretty good in baked pasta recipes with lots of sauce, etc.

The Barilla plus is actually not whole wheat, but made from legumes and other stuff. It’s really high in protein and, I think, tastes more like regular pasta than does whole wheat. I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised 🙂
