I had an interesting experience that turned out well!
Since I didn’t have an Angel Card, I applied online. However, I couldn’t place my online order since I didn’t know my card number. Figuring VS could help me out, I called customer service to see if they would place the order even though I wouldn’t get the 2% back from shopathome.
Selected the lace boatneck sweater for $19 and then the bombshell tee listed above, I had gotten to the point of checkout online and it appeared that the BOMBTEE, LIPGIFT10 and VS25SHIP codes were all taken off and that the bombshell tee had counted toward the $25. The CS rep said I would have to purchase $6 more of product since the price of the tee was coming off.
Hung up, found something else I liked, called back and managed to get the same rep ( out of 500, she said). Went through the process again adding the beauty rush eye shimmer which made my total 26.00 + tax.
She had to put me on hold to call the credit card dept. in Ohio and I was on hold for over half an hour. The rep did check in periodically and basically the dept was really wiped out with tornadoes that had come through and since that dept. had to handle my credit card number, she just couldn’t make it happen.
Her supervisor got involved and I got a phone call back saying that she had basically gone ahead and placed my order and Victoria’s Secret would cover the entire cost. The rep and supervisor both apologized profusely for the inconvenience.
I know this is long, but just wanted to let y’all know that VS made it right for me. I may not get a Secret Rewards card, but I am getting the sweater, bombshell tee, eye shimmer and lip gloss set ( I love the lip gloss!) at no charge. Wow.

I actually felt kind of bad that they just gave me the order, but it’s not like I demanded that they do it. I call it an EXCELLENT customer service move! I have only really been shopping at Victoria’s Secret since I began seriously couponing and even though I often go in and spend very little, the associates always treat me like I am their best customer. I don’t think I have ever run into anyone who was rude. It make me want to shop with them (and not just for the super deals!).
Were is the clearance stuff!?! I was wanting a swim suit, but did not want to pay shipping cost and this would have been perfect! 🙁 Does anyone know if you can get the free tote in store? I have one of those bra rewards cards (when you buy so many bras you get a reward card) and would like to use it and get the free tote!
Clearance stuff is in the catalogues, you have to look it up online by item # only. It’s a little odd that they do it this way.
I work at VS. And we don’t offer the free tote with any pink purchase at the moment.
