I paid 9.58 for a pair of panties and received a secret rewards card. ?????? I guess it was close enough to 10 or it varies by people who do your order?

I went to the VS store at the mall today purchased a gift set worth $14 and I was going to use my $10 bday coupon. They’re accepting the coupon but they said I won’t be getting the secret rewards card bec I have to purchase $10 or more AFTER coupon…totally B.S. but since I am in a time crunch, I said fine and paid the full amount plus taxes. I call C.S. and asked about the rule on the Secret Reward and she said ANY purchase of $10 or more regardless if I use a coupon or not, I should get a Secret Reward card.
