I was actually on the fence when I ordered it because my husband was telling me she probably wouldn’t use it and my sister thought it was just an “ok” idea!…lol So it’s great to hear that it will be appreciated! What would you prefer if you got one to have embroidered on it?…her name, as in “Mrs. So&So, or a short teacher saying of some sort, #1 teacher, etc???? Any ideas would be helpful. I know I want to embroider it for a more personal effect, just don’t know what to put on it for sure!
As a former teacher I would suggest using maybe the initial of her first name in a fancy font. While some teachers like the things with teacher sayings others don’t want everything to be “teachery”. I am sure she will love it whatever you decide. Its always fun to get unusual yet practical gifts!
I had an embroidered apron from when I taught school back in the days. It said, Mrs. So&So. To the day it’s still one of my only aprons (until I ordered one today!) and I do feel weird when others spot me in it. I always have to explain…. I love the initial idea, even the last initial would be cute. Especially on such a cute apron, the simpler the better.
