Thanks but no thanks. Several reviews stated that the glass cover shattered and was dangerous. Also, the sides are thin so it does not cook evenly and cannot cook on very high temperatures. I planned to use it for Thai cooking but said that the sides cool down too much and the bottom is too hot and burns, not good for stir fry.

Amazon is not a participating store for shop at home or ebates. Amazon prime for regular customers is $79 per year. If you are a mom or a student you can get a amazon prime for free. You have to sign up for amazon mom. Hope that helps.
Thanks for reply Rajya, we went ahead and got one since they only had 7 new ones left, I opened a prime account them found out it was 80.00 a year but I can cancel before the end of the trial month. I am neither a Young mom or student (right now) soooo… but I am still happy about this, because our garden is exploding and we both wanted one soon!
It’s not free for students any more. š It’s $39/year. I think that’s still too much for me.
Megan, that is incorrect. It is free for the first year for a student signing up for Amazon Prime, which entitles them to the shipping discounts, but not for the full Prime membership. After the student finishes the year, they then are offered to sign up for the reduced rate of $39 per year.
Several sites have this pan for under $50 but this Amazon deal is still the best deal I could find on this pan.
I’ll skip it and continue to use my new fry pan I got from QVC-an entire set for $109-and get this-not only are they non-stick but they also feature silicone double handles-one on each end of every pan! They are the coolest things, and theres even a lid rest on the pan. Amazing.
