I had this same problem and had to call both Paypal and Deep Discount to cancel the order. Over an hour later, I finally got confirmation the order was cancelled.

I called and they did say the code expired at noon. However, since I had emailed them earlier, they went ahead and honored it. My rep was very nice (I’m sure she’s had a tough day!) so I thank them for going through with it and hope it doesn’t get canceled. let’s all be nice to them! 🙂

Said the code expired on July 27, 2011. That’s today. When things expire on a certain day it’s usually the end of the day unless otherwise noted. Bad advertising. 🙁

Called and they cannot cancel my order because it shipped but I may return it at my OWN expense. I will NOT be using DEEPDISCOUNT ever again! She said I used the promo code 30 mins after it expired and there was a “glitch” allowing it to show me a promo price but charge me full price. Please be aware!
