I LOVE Starfish-Project!!! Not only are their items awesome, unique, and for a good cause the customer service is AMAZING!! Last time I ordered a pair of earrings, but things got back ordered. When they did send out my earrings they sent me a free pair because it took so long. How cool is that?? I didn’t even complain or ask for anything they just did this. I’m all for this company and LOVE them!
I ordered earrings for me back in March, and some more as a graduation present for a friend in June. Loved my earrings received, and yes, I agree – excellent customer service!! Halping a great cause + cure and inexpensive earrings = double win!

I LOOOOOVE my starfish earrings. I ordered back in March, then again in April! I have the ones that look like bunches of grapes in two colors, and wear them constantly. I have super sensitive ears and these didn’t make me react at all, I was so happy!!! Excellent customer service as well, I was sent doubles of my first order and when I called to get the second set returned they said keep them as a gift for ordering! Amazing.

Just ordered 4 pairs of cute earrings. I noticed on the last page of checkout that it listed my computer’s IP address. I have never seen a company do that before. I went ahead with my order because so many hip2savers were happy with the company. But does anyone know why they need my IP address or how they got that info?
Great question Michelle. We show your IP address to you at checkout to let you know we are collecting this information and attaching it to the order. It is used as a deterrent to those who may try to use a credit card that is not their own. Most e-commerce sites collect this information, but many don’t tell you about it. Your IP information will only be used if your charge is reported as fraudulent and your credit card company requests the information. Thankfully, in four years of running the store, we have never had to use this feature.

AND… I just saw that I got an order conformation email at 2pm and then got a ‘your order has shipped’ email at 5pm. WOW! Starfish is fast! Im sold! Great company!
