I got the oj at walgreens last week with the ad coupon for .99 plus coupon=FREE. I got the lemonade at walmart for $1 plus coupon=FREE. Wish this would reset so I can get more. haha. I do not drink sweet drinks, but these are great for my kids who like them.
I wasn’t allowed to use the Simply lemonade at Target because it was less then the stated price. I tried to tell him it is supposed to be free, but he claimed that since the item was reduced to .80 cents I was unable to use a $1 off coupon. I have had issues with my target and their acceptance of coupons so I really didn’t feel like having another argument. The machine beeped when he tried to use it and he was not listening to anything I was saying, so I paid the .80 cents because I like simply lemonade anyway.
Was it your only purchase? In general, I’ve had much better luck getting overage than getting them to price-adjust the coupon down to a free item.
Also, this coupon is a great example of the benefits of “cashier profiling”. Spend 5 minutes watching the cashiers check out; see who handles coupons smoothly, and get in that line.
When I did this deal, I had a million coupons. my cashier was a young guy who just kept overriding anything that beeped- he didn’t wan tto mess with it and wasn’t going to give me a hard time.
It’s not that cashiers are trying to give you a hard time, but they also have management to answer back to about how they ring up everything. So even if it’s totally wrong for them to deny you in the end, usually it’s because they won’t want trouble keeping their job. I’d know. I’m a cashier too. Dx
It really helps to profile your cashier. I typically try to get men. They seem to handle coupons better.
Usually young men cashiers are better, but not always. Last night I had a young man examine every coupon. He ended up taking every one, but questioned every one almost. I had 4 of Simply Orange and he had to question, “it doesn’t have a size limit”.

I am not sure if I’m going to get my SB for these b/c the cashier manually put in .73…. She said if she scanned it, it would go through for $1 and ‘you can’t get the full value of the coupon when the selling price is less’. Uggghh… I really didn’t care about the overage, I just want credit for printing and using the coupons! Thats 40 SB total I might possibly loose out on…

They are in the cooler near the large orange juices.
I found both in the dairy section (refrigerated) at Walmart.

This may be weird…. but has anyone tried price matching the Target price at Walmart, then using the coupon? I thought about doing it, but I wasn’t sure if that would be over the top cheap, lol. 🙂

I went to Target yesterday and got 4 of these on the price cut. My coupon scanned at the $1.00 off but I have yet to check my receipt to see if it gave the $1.00 or if the price adjusted itself. I tried to print more but only the limeaide is available, I cannot find the oj anymore. Thats ok because I love the lemonade but I bet if I go now, its totally out of stock.

Target wouldn’t accept the coupons or even adjust the price. Ended up going across the street to Walmart and purchased them there. (Both Lemonade and OJ) Didn’t want to fuss with Target about it. They are getting extremely hard to deal with about free coupons or if you buy more than 2 of the exact same item.

I used mine for Lemonade with Raspberry at Target in Tulsa. The full size had a temporary price reduction to $1.49. All the small sizes were gone, but I love getting a big one for only $.49!

I just got home from Target and they wouldn’t let me use this coupon since it was marked down below the coupon price. I tried to talk to a couple of people about it but they would not apply it and I had quite a few items in my cart.
I plan to use mine at my local grocery store on Wed (the only day they double coupons) and purchase 2 of the half gallon size. They are 2 for $6, but with my doubled coupons, they will only be $1 for the half gallon, so to me this is better than the free little ones!

Just got home from a long day at work. Shame to find them all gone again.
Just had the worst experience ever in Target. I was treated like a criminal and I walked out without my purchases. It began when the cashier looked at my Q’s and put half of them aside. She called a manager who took 5-10 minutes to come while everyone stared at me in line. Then she took me and my bags to another register and started digging through and scrutinizing my purchases. One by one she rejected my coupons saying they did not match the picture, including the Simply Juice Q’s which were priced at $.91 even though the q said any size any variety. No using Visine because it was not the allergy relief in the picture even though it said any Visine. No using Neutrogena because apparently a full size bar of soap is travel size now. Oh and suddenly, even though I have never had problems before ,and the Q does not have restrictions, they don’t take Q’s on travel size. Needless to say I called Corporate when I left, even though they would like me to have called when in store. I was humiliated and angry enough. I will never patronize that store again and in fact it is a second choice anyway depending on what other stores I am shopping at. Corporate told me to go to the service desk at the neighboring Target store and I in fact did and they gladly took all my Q’s as long as it is for the product it was supposed to be for. Thank you for that! You have my undivided Target business from now on.
Yup I pretty much had the exact same experience there as well, it was horrible. They sure do make you feel like your trying to steal or something.

What states are you finding these drinks at? My Targets are all selling them for $2.39 or more.
I was at target today and they would not let me do this deal. My cashier said because it was on sale they could not do the coupon to make it free. So I had them put it back. They also gave me a hard time about my Tide coupons too. Needless to say it was not a fun trip with a tired 2 year old and a couple cashiers giving me a hard time.
Got mine at Meijer for free! They adjusted the coupon down to .99 cents.

I came home from Target without these drinks. They won’t let me use my coupons. The cashier lady told me that the numbers of the barcodes were the same and she cannot accept this because this is not allowed. I felt embarrassed because I had 6 of those and I did not cheat and made fraudulent copies. I kept on thinking if this coupon was a PDF file, but I know it wasn’t because it’s from smartsource. She pointed on the lower left number of the coupons. She was right, they were the same. She implied that our coupons were fraudulent. She proceeded on calling her manager who looked at the coupons. My husband took a look at them and showed her that the upper right hand numbers were different on each coupon. I did tell them in a nice way & with a smile that we are not cheaters. The manager okayed them without even apologizing for the hassle. She did not let us use our coupons, though because she said that “Target does not modify their price to accommodate a manufacturer’s coupon” I did tell her that other Targets do. She said that “these stores are doing the wrong thing. Our store does what’s right.” Oh well. I am going to look up the policy on this.

I pretty sure the deal is gone now! I already used my coupons earlier in the week and finally had a chance to get on my husband’s computer this morning and couldn’t find them. The coupons with the “print limit reached” on my computer is gone as well. Bummer!
