High Value $2/1 Organic Girl Produce Coupon

UPDATE AGAIN: This coupon is a major ink hog! 🙁
UPDATE: Sorry, all! 🙁 I didn’t notice this in the fine print of the coupon when I first posted – “Coupon Cannot Exceed Retail Price of Couponed Product” So just make sure to find a fresh produce product priced at or over $2. This coupon still should make for inexpensive fresh produce on a variety of items.
If you are a fan of organic products, you’ll definitely want to check out this high value coupon! Through 9/30, you can head on over here to print a PDF coupon valid for $2/1 ANY Organic Girl brand Fresh Produce product! Organic Girl products are sold in select Walmart stores, Albertsons, Whole Foods Market + more! You can check their store locator here.!
* I am guessing the celery hearts will be on the inexpensive side after this coupon!
(Thanks so much, Denham on a Dime!)
FYI…expiration 9/30/11
The fine print says “cannot exceed retail price of the couponed product”. Does that mean no overage?
Yep… you are correct. I should have taken the time to read through all of the fine print before posting. I just updated the post with this info. Thanks for bringing this to my attention.
Not a very “green” printable using so much ink!
Agree! But a great coup!
oh man…when will companies learn PDF coupons can and will be taken advantage of 🙁 I don’t know much about this company (My area doesn’t have them) but I love that they are organic 🙂
Thanks for the coupon, but it uses a lot of color ink. The whole page comes out with those green squares and green background. Not complaining, glad to get the coupon. Just wanted to warn those with ink problems before they print it. And, ALI is correct, it expires 9/30. So hurry.
you can alter it so you print just the image. When you open the pdf , in the toolbar just above the picture. click on the little camera icon. Then go to just above the left or right corner (whichever is easier for you) and then while holding down the left button, drag the mouse so that you see a dashed box encompassing just the coupon part. When you get just the area you want within the box, let go of the mouse button and it will take a picture. (NOTE if you let go before you get the image you want, you will need to start again.) Then after you have made a copy of the image, hit the printer icon and be sure to set to the properties you want… and make sure to select the selected graphic in the print range box and it will print just the coupon (unfortunately in the middle of the page, but at least it will not waste a bunch of ink too). HTH
That’s way complicated. 🙂
I went to look at the pdf coupon several times, but I can’t find the camera icon. Where is it in the toolbar? What is next to it? I can’t figure out why I can’t find it. hmmm
too much work for me lol! thanks anyway!
You can also pick Organic Girl products up at Earth Fare.
This page would not open for me. Any suggestions? Using IE.
I print all my coupons in black and white and also on the draft setting. I have done this for a while now and haven’t had a problem. Saves alot of money on ink too… just a suggestion.
So what are the 5 ups #s to use to get coupon
Can anyone tell me if the coupon is bricks and prints on top of the page? I usually cut the sheets just enough for the coupon to print if it is bricks. Thanks!!!
no it is a pdf and prints in the middle of the page
Here’s a tip for saving your ink on these PDF’s…
Use the zoom feature in Adobe to zoom the image in to take up as much of the window as possible. Then, in the print menu select “Current View” under “Print Range”. This will only print what’s showing in your window and leave the rest of the page blank. I print all of my PDF’s this way!
HTH
Thanks!
you can narrow it down more by using the method I posted above, or if you use this method you can print more than one coupon per page but you can not eliminate all the background stuff. HTH
That Worked, That Worked, That Worked!!!! Thanks bunches!
^ lol so cute
When you click on the coupon link do not maximize the window. Center the coupon in the space. When you click on print, a printer set-up window should pop up. Choose current view instead of all. It will only print what is in the window. I printed just the coupon that way- none of the rest of the colorful page. You can also resize the coupon to be smaller.
Great tip! Thanks.
I’ve been using this at Ralph’s/Kroger for the last 6 weeks.
They sell the plastic box of lettuce for $3.99. But, keep an eye out for manager specials (near expiration).
I just picked up the 50% Spring Mix/Baby Spinach for $2.29 or…$0.29 after this coupon 🙂
Yes, it’s been around a long time. I just haven’t found a store that sells the product cheap enought to buy. Usually their salad is 3.99 – 2.00 cpn, or 1.99 for 5 oz. I can get 16 oz. organic spring mix at Sam’s Club for 3.99.
My coupon expires 12.31.11
how did you get one with a later expiration date? did you click on Collin’s link? TIA
Is this the $1 coupon they have on their website?
I bought a few boxes tonight at Whole Foods. They cheapest item was the romaine heart leaves ($3.69). There were also spinach for $3.99 and another type of salad for $4.99. I bought a couple boxes of romaine heart leaves for $1.69 after the $2 MQ and it’s very good!
I printed the large color-ink hogging coupons then discovered I would have to drive 22 miles to a store that carries this brand. I guess the TWO Walmarts in my town don’t carry it. 🙁
oh well, it’s only one coupon. I saved $40+ at Walgreens today. 😀
Is the coupon still live? I can’t locate it to print it. Thanks
