I recently purchased two of these at Kmart.com, so I just called to see if they price matched and they told me no but I could return them and go buy them at TRU….How stupid is that? It must be nice that Kmart has sooooo many shoppers they turn away money and a customer. WOW!

I’m going CRAZY right now! I’ve used shoprunner before through toysrus and for some reason I’m trying to check out and I cannot find where to sing in for shoprunner! I’ve even gone to the shoprunner website and tried signing in there and STILL can’t figure it out!! I’ve done this before and I feel like I’m crazy! HELP! Last time it was right next to the shipping total I had the option to sign in…..

Ahhh, I figured it out! The items I have in my cart are not Shoprunner eligible. That’s so weird! I thought everything on toysrus was free shipping with shoprunner! Oh well!
They’re out of Violet and it’s a little aggravating because I got the 2 Scouts but wanted the Violet so I paid $9.99 each instead of $6 for 3. Oh well; I guess that’s still not a bad deal and the shipping is free with shoprunner. 🙂
They still have the Violet one avail for store pickup, it’s just not avail for delivery. I was able to get 2 Scouts delivered to my home and I just have to go pick up Violet.
should have gotten the 3rd & donated it to Toys for Tots or something :o) I only needed 2 of them so that’s what I am doing. Free is free & now some other little kiddo will have a nice Christmas present too.

That’s what I did. I got the confirmation of a sucessful order, then an hour later a cancellation. TRU is not done hearing from me.

I added 2 violets and one scout to my cart and after my transaction was being processed it said that violet was out of stock and I would not be charged for them but they did charge me for the one scout. Had I known I would have bought 3 scouts. Toys r us is so frustrating!!
I placed an order for just (1) and it was in stock at the time I placed my order and it even says “IN STOCK” in the email I recieved for my order conformation. Then I recieve a email an hour later saying that this item is back ordered. So fustrated that this keeps on happening with toyrus.com.

I ordered and used the wrong paypal account 🙁 Called the company 10 minutes later and they wouldnt even cancel the order so I could redo it with the right account… Very upset with the company right now because they make there cancallation policy look so great
I went into my local TRU and although the shelf said 14.99,they did ring up for 9.99$ and buy 2 get 1 free. The shelf was empty but they had plenty of them in boxes in the back and on the risers above the aisles and the nice employees were happy to grab some for me! I bought 2 Violets for my goddaughters and grabbed a free Scout for Toys for Tots!!! Yay!

crazy….my order was apparently cancelled but they never emailed me to tell me that. i only found out by putting in my order number to see what was going on. of course now it’s out of stock for shipping and store pickup. customer service was NO HELP! SO ANGRY! 3 christmas gifts that i now have to shop for again.

Has anyone else had part of their email cancelled? I just got an email that one of my Scout’s (the free one) was cancelled. I have 2, one of which I had to pickup in store, but won’t be receiving the free one. I feel like returning the two I got. Annoyed!

I just called their Customer Service and apparently the Buy2Get1 is only offered while quantities are available. Personally I think its shady of a company to confirm your order, charge you, ship you 2 of the 3 items then cancel the third (and free) item 5 days later, when there’s nothing I can do about it. And even worse, if I choose to return them to the store, I only can get a store credit?!? I am beyond aggravated with Toys R Us right now, NOT GOOD customer service AT ALL!
I wanted to follow up on this…….I never got a cancellation email and only found out it was cancelled by looking up my order number. I went into my local store that had LOADS of Scouts and told them my story, showed them my order/email on my phone and after talking to someone (a manager?) they gave me my 3 Scouts for the $20!
I got three of them at $9.99 buy one get one free. Used my $5 TRUS credit for my Operation Buzz Lightyear order that was canceled, free shipping through Shoprunner and only paid $14.99 for THREE of them!
