Kidorable’s products are cute, their customer service is absolutely HORRIBLE!!!!
Agreed! I purchased a voucher from Plum a few weeks ago and had to call them because their site was down. Awful customer service… haven’t used my voucher yet, to say the least.
I got lucky and was able to use it… took me 500x to get it through on the site. I read their facebook page when all that was going on and there were some VERY angry people. I was watching my account like crazy after.
Once I was finally able to get my order placed on their website (hours of trying) I was able to get some darling items. I was charged correctly and my order shipped in a timely manner (about a week) some of these places take FOREVER to ship. Overall, I was really happy with my purchase… however, I had to be patient when ordering and did not have to call customer service:).
I had no problem placing my order at Kidorable when I bought the plum district voucher (I don’t like plum district though) I was a little worried when I hadn’t heard anything about my order in more than a week so I sent kidorable an email -they never responded to my email but I did get notice that my items shipped the next day so not sure if my email prompted the ship or it was just luck.
when I ordered from Kidorable a few weeks ago I received it pretty quick but I ordered a scarf and they sent a hat instead. It even said it should be a scarf on the invoice. I just decided to keep the hat because I just didn’t want to deal with it but I was pretty disapointed.
Wow I must have gotten lucky. I used my voucher with no trouble at all and my shipment came within just a few days. No problem at all.
I didn’t have any problems with kidorable. Although I did have to be patient as I tried to get my order in when everyone else was and their system was really slow. They shipped things fairly quickly and they are SOOO stinkin cute!
I got an umbrella from Kidorable. What a great buy, made really great and unique for a childs umbrella. Was really pleased and cant wait for my grand daughter to see it. I ordered the butterfly umbrella with hat and gloves. Cute Cute Cute…
I made an order with the Voucher from a couple of weeks ago. I got an email a few days later that one of my items was out of stock and would be shipped after the 1st of the year. Kinda bummed me out cause I had purchased an umbrella for each of my kids. The one that was in stock came in a timely manner and is super cute, but now my daughter wont have hers for Christmas.
