I haven’t seen MaxPerks rewards in awhile. ,
I know, I haven’t seen them for a while either. I need them before the end of the month to roll my old money. However, with everything almost sold out, I can’t even get to $50 on this transaction. Ugh.
Ditto Here!
I’m in the same boat =(
Bummer… it seems like this always happens. Does anyone do the staples rewards program instead? Is it better?
The staples rewards program is best when it’s an “Easy Rebate”. You cannot “roll” your rewards dollars. For example, I used my rewards certificate to get the Duracell Batteries that were 100% back in rewards, but didn’t earn the rewards because I used rewards. Hope that makes sense. At least at Office Max, you can roll your rewards – provided they offer something in the required time frame. The Easy Rebate program is great, easy to use online and you can even get the rebate put in your paypal account, issued as a check or pre-paid gift card. Office Max always runs out of stock when it’s online only, plus it’s nearly always impossible to get enough free stuff to earn free shipping.
See … this is what worries me about ‘freebies’ from OfficeMax. I’d hate to have $ out there that I might have to use on full price items if there aren’t any freebie deals for me to roll on. We have gotten most of my son’s school supplies for free and then we also donate supplies to the teachers when we can get deals on them. With Staples, it seems like there are rebates/rewards deals at least one week out of every month, and with the rewards, well I know that there’ll be rebate items we can use them on (rolling them in that way essentially). These marker/pen deals would be great to be able to give to the teachers … but I think I’m gonna keep holding off on OfficeMax for now – gotta go w/my gut I guess. 😀
i called and they where able to send me some of the items that where listed as out of stock online. And i was able to use all three of my rewards.
Bummer looks like a lot of items are sold out. Maybe they’ll restock before the 7th?
