I wouldn’t think so. We have one of the animal shaped crane humidifiers & it doesn’t have a filter to replace.

I own this humidifier in blue and it is fabulous! It requires no filter and cleaning is super simple.
Crane has good humidifier. I have the Hello Kitty one for my daughter, and love it. Now, get this one for my son.
