I have a pick up confirmation too but I haven’t gone to pick it up yet. I better call them first! The store that had them is about 20 minutes each way from me. I’d be so po’d if I drove there and they didn’t have it!

Same thing happened to me. They had 3 of them, but my 4th wasn’t there. I did order gift cards from them last time they had a discount and didn’t have a problem.

I did this special for Christmas for a present for my dad. It was delivered to my house and I eventually wrapped it up. The day after Christmas my dad called and said it wasn’t working for him. He tried to call i-tunes and they said it didn’t even have any money on it. After sitting on the phone for 30 minutes with Best Buy, they eventually figured out that they had never activated the gift card so it was empty:( They did activate it over the phone but what a pain. I could only imagine if I gave it to person who wouldn’t have said anything! I will never use Best Buy again, I felt like they were trying to steal my money!
