I’m still waiting for my Wild cash back on the Disney flip flops.
You may want to contact shopathome about that…mine posted a while back.
Hi Kim!
If you have any question about cash back, please send an email to service@ShopAtHome.com. It is also helpful if you let them know that you are a Hip2Save reader. Hope this helps! 😀
What Collin said! Just put “Hip2Save” in the subject line of email to service@ShopAtHome.com — y’all are like VIPs! (we love all of our shoppers but can’t help but treat you all with extra TLC!) — Carole from ShopAtHome.com
I did send an email already and still have not received my cash back for the Disney flip flops, the walmart colored pencils, the walmart markers or the Drugstore.com tissues – it is getting ridiculous.
I have gotten all of my wild cash backs pretty quickly, including the entertainment book from just a little while ago. They also sent me an email that they had a problem with safari and credited me for a bunch that they missed. I am very impressed.
Cindy, that’s GREAT to hear! I will let the customer service department know they are doing a great job. — Carole from ShopAtHome.com
Thank you Collin!!! I am loving all these Wild Cash Back deals. I need to get to my Walmart to pick up all my treasures now! 🙂
Is there a limit on how many you can purchase?
One per customer
Now if they can just get Wal-Mart employees to be professional, this will seem worth it. Last weekend I went to pick up the Spiral notebook and the crayola deal. The cashier was very, very rude. I requested to see a manager. I asked for a refund. It was a hassle because most of them have not mastered site to store refunds. I politely told the manager that all of this cold have been avoided if the cashier was not rude. I wrote a very detailed letter to Wal-Mart. We will see what happens.
I’m also having problem with shopathome.com regarding cash backs. I have better experience with ebates.
I never got this cash back, and it’s been 30 days already. I’m not getting updates either on my request to investigate.
