  2. Sarah

These my favorite wipes to remove make-up. Walgreens brand is comparable.

  3. Tarri

    Thanks, love q’s like this.

  4. Elan

My Target wouldn’t accept this coupon on the travel sized wipes because the coupon value exceeded the item value. I asked if they could manually adjust the coupon value down, and they said they could only do it for Target q’s. Anyone else have this problem?

    • K

You just need to put something else through is first. That way the overage will go to that other item. That is how you can get more free stuff.

Where does it say that on Neutrogena.com b/c I want to print it off when I go into walmart. I know they are going to question me on it b/c I had a Q like this before and they wouldn’t let me do it

    • Sarah

It says that you can have the overage on the Wal-Mart website on in their coupon policy

yes i have had this problem many times. the cashiers and even the people at customer service do not know there own policy. i have had to contact the manager a few times at my walmart to let him know of this all he does is apologize and say they are suppose to accept it and with overage if you want the money. have even had a cashier tell me they dont do price matching, training at walmart must be like heres your register now work. only one time have i had a customer service person to know of this policy and give me money back. try not to shop there to much for my blood pressure. i will hold on to these until a deal at rite aid or cvs.

I think what Chrystyl means is where on the manufacturer site does it say that the wipes qualify as cosmetics.

Tried to use this one at Walmart today and it beeped and said “see journal” which means the coupon does not match the item sold. I had to void it off. Guess they are not considered cosmetics with Walmart’s registers. 🙁

      • Mela

didn’t work for me either tonight at walmart….

        • Crystal

Beeped on me, too. However, the cashier put it through manually after checking the product, which I know they are not supposed to do.

      • Kitty

I’ve used this coupon at Walmart no problem

    • Stella

I asked on Neutrogena’s FB page, and they did verify that the makeup removers are considered a cosmetic item.

  6. Holly

I don’t like these wipes. They seem to leave an oily film, and the smell isn’t pleasant.

  7. Becky H.

Anyone know what zip code works for this? I can’t find it in mine (48185)…uless they’re gone, which would make me sad. Thanks for any help!

  8. SJ

    Gone for me too.

  9. Angela

Make sure to double check the wording on the coupon. Some of the Neurogena coupons exclude the trial/travel size. Saves you the embarrassment of having the journal kicked.

  10. Dawn

Does anyone have a zip that still has the coupon? Thanks!

  11. jhnicole

    gone i missed it.

  12. Nora-Lee

    Is it gone? 🙁

  13. Heather

Is it gone, or is there a zip code to put in? Bummed, bummed, bummed! 🙁

  14. dawn

Has anyone still been able to find this coupon? If so, what zip? Thanks!

  15. Goldstar07

    Thanks so much.

  16. Karla

I am upset. I have been on this computer for hours looking for this coupon. It is no where to be found on any of the links. Grrrr

  17. Dawn

Can someone please tell me what zip you found this under? Thanks!

  18. Kristina

    Q is gone

  19. Robin miller

This worked for me at Target. They were located next to the registers and not in the travel size section. Free wipes!

  20. Tarri

Thanks to this posting and the gc deal that was going on that ends 2/2, I was able to get 3 of the Neutrogena 25 ct pks at 4.99 each, used the $2/1 MQ and $1.50/1 TQ, paid 1.49 x 3 = 4.47 + $1.15 tax and got back $5 gc= .62 cents. It would of been a tad less if the TQ attached to the wipes they had to K1 to get it to work.
