   I have had these pans since Christmas and LOVE them so far! I rarely have to use oil in them when I cook, even when cooking eggs I sometimes use just a spray of Pam and they don’t stick. When it comes time to clean the, even after cooking eggs, I spray the pan with water and it completely rinses everything off!

   According to the reviews on Amazon, the lids do not fit on the 2 skillets? Is that true? We need a new set of pots & pans, but I need lids that fit on skillets.

   got these a while back and they’re great. however just because they are anodized does not mean you can use metal utensils on them… just an FYI

    Odd question – does anyone know of any good quality pots and pans that don’t have the big rivet/screw on the cooking surface? My oldest and I have celiac disease, and even a crumb of gluten makes us pretty sick for hours – and I just realized we’ve been getting sick once in awhile from bits of food stuck behind the rivet/screw thing 🙁 Thought I would ask here for opinions before I hit the stores!
