Am I the only one who doesn’t like Dial bodywash? I bought for the first time several months ago with a b1g1 sale plus coupons. They were 16oz bottles and when I used one, I found it didnt last even half as long as the 10oz bottle of a different brand. It had a very runny consistency, and having seen the regular price at wal-mart/target it definitely does not seem worth the money. Did I just have a bad experience or what? I have the 2nd bottle still in the closet and am thinking I will just drop it off at my church for someone who needs it more than I.
My Dollar General will accept only one coupon per item. The store says the computer will not allow them to take off a DG coupon and the manufacturer’s coupon. I am in TN. What is your experience?
Jane, call corporate office and let them know. They have always been great when a store manager does not honor the coupon policy. They will contact the regional manager who will contact the store manager. Then they will report back to you that they have talked with the store manager and made sure they know the policy.
I’m in Milwaukee, and I have no problem. Just have to scan the Dollar General coupons first for a smooth transaction.
Not able to use two coupons at my Dollar General in Cache OK. either, I tried it the other day with the coolaide deal and would not take the Dollar general coupon and manufacturer coupon, only the manufacturer coupon, cashier said there was nothing she could do, I called corporate and have yet had any response, oh yeah was not able to use the purex Dollar General coupon and manufacture coupon together either so I was out $3 in coupons, was not happy at all, will not be shopping there again. On another note, I went to Family Dollar to do the Sparkle paper towels deal and same thing, would not take both coupons but the cashier pushed the $2 Family Dollar coupon through, that is what I call customer service!
they refused/wouldnt let my grandma use her coupon that was in the paper. and they told little old grandma she must/had to pay for the items. she paid full price feeling obligated to do so.
I suggest you tag along with your grandma next shopping visit.
Some cashiers get a kick out of intimidating folks.
