is this better thank shark steam mop
I have one I love it the floors feel so clean after using it!
I cannot say enough wonderful things about my Haan steam mop! I’ve been using mine for years. My mom has one, too. One thing I recommend is to buy extra pads (I bought mine from Amazon) depending on how many rooms you need to do. I use 4 pads to clean my kitchen, bathrooms and living room/hallway.
Also, I forgot to mention, I paid $100 for it a few years ago and that was a good deal.
So you use 1 pad for each room?
I have an SI-70 and I love it, though I can’t speak to this model. I think the HAAN typically cleans hotter and is a little higher quality than the shark. $69 is a good deal, a little less than it usually goes for on Amazon ($88)
Hmm, I saw my Haan in an infomercial while I was in labor with one of my kids lol and went an bought one right after. I wasn’t very impressed. I considered returning it, but it would have been a hassle since I had ordered it online and hadn’t taken it out of the package to use it until my baby was a little older, so time had passed. I still use it, but it doesn’t substitute a good mopping for me though… I am not sure if the temperature it reaches is enough to make that much of a difference in the sanitizing area, and it is easier/quicker for me to remove stuck on things with a mop and some strength than to sit there with the steamer waiting for it to clean.
I have a dif model, but luv luv luv it!!! Awesome price!!!! Anyone wanting a steam mop should snap this one! 🙂
I prefer the SI-60 version with the Swivel head. HAAN is superior to Shark in my opinion.
I have this mop as well, and i love it. I used to have the shark steam mop, and after it mysteriously stopped working, i got this one and im in love. I wouldnt use a shark one again!
dont forget 2% back with ebates!!
I loved my Haan-was super sad when it died (an electrical issue in the on-off switch). Tried the shark and it is definitely not the same. So excited to get a new Haan. Thanks, Collin!!
Also, purchase extra pads-if they get too wet or dirty, you will have a streaky floor. I bought 2 packs of 4 on amazon-well worth it to have the extras!
Thank you! I was going to buy a steamer today anyhow. Can’t wait to try it!
Are the Haan pads disposable or reusable? Please reply
They are reusable. I used to spend time soaking them and hand washing them….now I just toss them in my washer and line dry.
How does it work on hardwood floors? I have Bruce prefinished hardwood floors. I’m tired of cleaning on my hands & knees. It seems that’s the only way to prevent streaking.
