I am going to run out of freezer room with all these pizza deals, lol!
thank goodness for the inlaws, will have some extra storage (although with this cold freeze, you could easily store them outside!). LOL
Good ideas, thank you, lol:)
if there is snow on the ground outside just store them out there lol
Smith’s has these for $2.49 ea when you buy 6 participating items. Included in the list of items is Capri Suns, which end up being $1.49 with the promotion. So buy 3 pizzas and use the $3 off 3 Red Baron pizza coupon, buy three Capri Suns and use the $1.50 off 2 Capri Sun coupon and the total for each Capri Sun is $0.99 and $1.49 for the pizzas!!!
The Target by me does not show this promotion anywhere in the store or their circular either. I had to turn around and get the Digorna pizza instead but then without the Cartwheel 10% because the app was not working at that time either.
This did not work for me. Everything was marked as I expected per this post and I had my $3/3 coupon but still ended up paying $9 for 4 pizzas instead of the expected $6. I went to customer service and they stated that the deal was simply $3/pizza. I went back to the display and brought the sign (showing $9/3 & buy 3/get 1) back to customer service where I was given some backward explanation which made sense but was indicative of some shady advertising in my opinion. I was pleased enough with my purchase that I did not push the issue but upon further examination it’s clear that I ended up paying $2.25 for each of 4 pizzas but had I bought 3 pizzas, I only would’ve paid $2 per pizza. I hope others get the deal as outlined above and do not have the experience I did. Again, I was pleased with my purchase, $2.25 is a good deal but I felt mislead by the stores advertising.
What did the customer service say when you bought up the sign to them?
The customer service rep stated that it was buy three/get one free when you take into consideration the original price of $3.99. It makes sense but it’s very misleading. It was like they were running 2 promotions that did not work together. I really didn’t have it in me to argue further, figuring that a manager would probably say the same thing as the cs rep. I just hope others don’t run into the same problem. Happy shopping!
That was a BS story from target. The ad clearly states “Buy 3, get one free” That means nothing else but you walk out with 4 pizzas for 9.00 before any coupon discounts. The register should have done it automatically. I suspect the cashier was messing with buttons.
I went and did the deal today.. no issues at all.. auto deducted the 4th and 8th pizza and then I used coupons. I bought 9 pizza’s and used three $3 off 3 coupons. Total was $12 out the door.
