Ok, well it told me that I got the points when I ordered, but now I am not sure that I actually got the points 🙁
I got my confirmation email and I did indeed get 20133 points with the order of the red blender.
My confirmation email showed the points pending as well!
It’s only showing as 160 pts for the red one. Help explain this to me did yours say that as well?
When I ordered mine, it showed the points at the bottom right in my cart. However, I just tried to do it again and it is no longer showing that.

I walk about 10 miles a day but even someone that walks 5 a day (keep in mind that it takes into account every step you take in a day) you still earn $12 or so a week. It’s $5 for every 14 miles you accumulate.

Basically you join fit studio.com (free) and link your fitbit. Then the points will roll into your account daily. That’s it.

I did the exact same thing. Bought 4 blenders for gifts so my total was enough to get free shipping, plus I had a $5 off $50 AND $10 back in points for spending $50. I ended up using $75 in points I already had, paid the $3 in tax, and got back $90 in points that are already available for use again!
I ordered 2 black ones and the points were there. Once I hit submit it said you earned 0 points on this purchase. On with a customer service rep now. Looking on the page that offer is gone now.
For red blender I have not seen $20 worth of points , it says only 160 points for this purchase

I had ordered it to pick up from store last night & received email with bonus points. But now points disappeared. ugh
I bought 4 of the mini blenders and used a coupon to earn 10,000 if you spend more than $50. My confirmation e-mail and my order history online showed that I should have gotten a total of 90,531 syw points. Instead I was only credited with 10,531. I called and the lady I spoke said she didn’t see anywhere that offer for the bonus points. She said the amount was above her level and she had to get someone higher to take a look at it. I sent them a copy of my e-mailed receipt as proof. Anyone else have any problems getting their points. I already picked up the blenders (the Sears I selected is only about 2 blocks from my work). The lady said it would take from 1 week to 30 days to get a response. (sigh)
This happened to me but I haven’t picked up the blenders from the store. I am going to cancel my order. The lady was not telling you the truth….they just don’t want to give you the points. I would take the blenders back.
I’ll wait until they contact me and then take them back if they refuse to give me the full credit.
I had issues with the keurig deal a while back. I ididn’t get all of the points because I chose pay in store. I did this deal with delivery and it worked fine. I contacted kmart and shop your way rewards several times about the keurig, but they wouldn’t give me all of the points because what they initially state is just an ‘estimate’.
I did the Keurig deal and received all the bonus points. Weird, the way they pick and choose who gets what.

I received all my bonus points this morning. Prefer at about 1:30 am est. two orders. One for just one blender. The other order for 2 blenders. Got 60,000 credited this morning.

The girl on CS was nice, but she had no idea where the bonus points were coming from and she couldn’t look anything up about it. We ended up getting no where and I just forwarded my confirmation email along with some screenshots of my Sears order center stating I had indeed earned 20,000 bonus points along w/ the base points, but it just wasn’t credited to my account. We’ll see what happens!
I spoke with a ShopYourWay rep today. She stated that the points were awarded due to a glitch in the system. She noted they have or will remove all points received during this promotion until they hear back from Sears Holding Corporation to see if they will honor the mistake made by their system. She said that NEVER should an item cost less than the points you receive from ShopYourWay.
Yep, definitely cheated out of my points. Got an email back saying: “In this particular case, there was an additional error on the part of the Kmart.com and Sears.com. Our Terms and Conditions do state we are not responsible for errors, and that we need not honor them. You certainly may contact Kmart.com or Sears.com with additional concerns about this particular promotion.”
W/o the points, this deal really is cheaper on Amazon. I’m making them aware of it and am sending it back and re-buying from Amazon.
Got in touch with a Sears rep and not only was she unwilling to help or look up anything, all she said was that if the points were promised to me, they would update the account in 7-10 days. However, SYW reps said that the 131 points in my account were correct. I’m holding off for a week to see how the points look and will be getting in touch with SYW again–if no bonus points by the end of next week, I’m buying from Amazon!!! I cannot believe I bother to do business with a company that is “not responsible for their errors”. What kind of ethic is that? SHAME!
They said I will not receive bonus points so I canceled my order now have to wait 6 days for a refund 🙁
