   We have a similar bench and it is awesome! Kept things on our uncovered porch dry and stores a lot! We put one of those foam coolers in it, all of our extra potting soil and gardening stuff, a soccer ball, etc.

   So kinda random, I know, but I took one of these benches and put my cat litter pans inside to hide them. I then had the hubs cut out entrance/exit holes on the two ends and…volia! No looking at icky boxes. I bought some cute pillows to make it more homey and it also serves as a place to take off snowy shoes in our mudroom…..great price for this!

  Thank-You, Thank-you, Thank-You, when I told my husband I wanted to get one of these benches and do exactly what you described and put it in our mudroom he thought I was crazy, can’t wait to show him this!!
