Does anyone know how many pictures this will hold?
For a 8MP camera: 16,840 high quality JPEGs @ 1.9MB/picture (approx.)
For a 10MP camera: 14,540 high quality JPEGs @ 2.2MB/picture (approx.)
For a 12MP camera: 12,790 high quality JPEGs @ 2.5MB/picture (approx.)
It depends on the MP of the pictures.

thank you very much Collin. you are a very special person!
You’re welcome! 🙂
i want to store videos that i watch very often. would a portable hard drive be appropriate? if so, any good deal on a hard drive less than 1tb?
I was just able to buy on Amazon with my Prime account for $12.99, free 2 day shipping and the option to have delivered between Sept 3 and 5th to receive a $1 video credit.
the one on amazon sayes usb2 and the best buy one sayes usb3 ?1? what is the difference ??
higher transfer speed is you have usb3.
This is the link for the 3.0 that I purchased on Amazon for $12.99: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00KYK2AKO/ref=as_li_tl?ie=UTF8&camp=1789&creative=390957&creativeASIN=B00KYK2AKO&linkCode=as2&tag=wwwhip2saveco-20&linkId=RJZ5RP3T4NFDGAHQ
And yes, 3,0 is faster if you have a 3.0 hub on your computer (when you look at the slot you will see a blue tab). Hope this helps 🙂
Well, it looks wonky now– I think they may have sold out at that price on Amazon.
Thanks I price matched it at Staples.com. I had rewards that expired soon. Staples would have let me buy 3 of them but I didn’t need that many. Staples ships very fast and it’s free.
It will not go into my cart. Maybe it is over
Found this at Amazon for 12.49 plus prime. Transcend JetFlash 760 32 GB USB 3.0 Flash Drive TS32GJF760 (up to 85/25 MB/s)
will target price match this?
