I just did this and used the promo code, but it didn’t give me the $5. Is it supposed to show up later or something? Or should I contact them?
My $5 bonus didn’t show up at first but appeared about 10 minutes after I completed the registration.
Mine wasn’t there at first either. I completely closed out of the app and reopened it and it was in my cards. It showed up as a separate $5 card (it didn’t add to the one I bought like I thought it would).
I just signed up and I added the $2 card and put bonus as the promo code and nothing I don’t see my $5 card

In your app logout and log in and u will c the 5$ card as a separate card.

Hey everyone having problems getting the $5.00… you will have a card for the amount you purchased (for example $2.00) and then you will have another card for $5.00. You should have 2 cards on your account. If you are using your smart phone, swipe the screen to the left when you are looking at your purchased card.
I got $5 in seconds. Can I merger the $5 to my own card?
Worked for me. I added a perks card with $0 balance and it still worked. After completing steps above, went to “pay” tab and swiped to left, then $5 showed up

I purchased e gift card for $2 from my computer but the app is saying invalid number if I put the ecard number and pin.
this may be a dumb question, but on my andriod i cant find where to put in the PROMO code?

its after you pay for your card it asks you if you want to make an account so put your email and password for it then its gonna ask for bday and promo code its basically the last step

after I downloaded the App, it does ask me to attach a card…I am confused 🙁
If you buy a card online, do you ever get an actual card you can keep or will it just be a virtual card you can only view online?

A word of caution, i have been using this app for a month and i reloaded my card from my phone. My app did not upload it but charged my bank and I am trying to get the $15 added. No help from developer also I get emails about perks but they have yet to upload to the app. It’s frustrating, but your best bet is to buy a card in store then add it to your app. Otherwise it works well for payment
I followed everything correctly and my 5$ card hasent shown up yet. Its been hours. Ive logged out and back in ..any help?
