I just got back from Target where I used the 20% off Cartwheel, the $1/2 from RP AND the BOGO coupon. I bought four and it went through but YMMV. My cashier messed up the rest of my other coupons so all I wanted to do was get it over with and pay and get out.
I still have my Target $10 off a $40 purchase of dial, right guard, purex, renuzit, etc. Here’s to a lot of inexpensive hand soap!
I believe I saw the Hello Kitty foaming hand soap @Kroger on sale 10/10 but I could be mistaken….but I would check there… if you are in Kroger for other things…it couldn’t hurt to look! Of course you couldn’t use the Target cartwheels but if it is a 1.00 and you have a coupons you might get out cheaper! PLUS, all Halloween stuff is already on sale. I got a tablecloth Reg 4.99 I paid 2.49… got some creepy mason jar glasses Reg. 2.49 I paid 1.24 etc

Hi Dee … Target is listed as one of their participating grocery stores, but it is a “receipt-scan” store that requires uploading a pix/scan of your receipts via the SavingStar Mobile App or SavingStar website. :]
