Ha! Agree. I tried this trading thing once! And I of course emailed my gift card code straight away like a decent person. And of course I never received the gift card code she was to send me:/ never again! Guess I’m still a little bitter about it:)

I think the issue is that people often try to trade promotional codes they get for free for something else thereby treating the code like it is money

Exactly! I’ve given plenty of them away that were about to go unused.. I think it’s ridiculous to try to sell these especially for half their value!!! (Same with kohls 40%)
I found that the PINK socks and Sock gift sets count toward this so not too shabby, esp for Christmas gifts!

I’m glad you posted this – I would’ve never known the lowest value wasn’t $10 off 10, but rather 10 off 30. If you look at the number being given out, your odds of a $10 off 10 are still best, but I’d be a little annoyed if I expected that and got the $10 off 30. Just good to know. From the official rules:

I think the 10 off 30 is limited to areas where people ljve. My card does not say 10 off 30 on it at all so I think it is regional.
I got one in store yesterday and the cashier told me it was at least worth $10/10, I didn’t read the fine print tho
The 10 off 30 are only in certain areas. When I got an email stating about the secret reward cards mine stated that the 10 off 30. I was surprised when I went to a store that is over 40 miles from my house and has a high volume of sales that they gave me a 10 off 30. So I won’t just be going to the store to get anything to get the src.
My email from VS said included clearance clothing. Might try to see if it works!

Sweet. I grabbed pair of leggings (I LOVE their leggings – they come in different lengths which I find really helpful) and a tunic to wear with them, a pair of underwear, and 2 fragrance samples for $30 shipped. The leggings & tunic were on sale for $15 each – then free shipping with FASHION25, the underwear were free with ANGELNOV, and the fragrance samples were free at checkout. I couldn’t get the free pantie codes to work but did get the free shipping even on items ending in .99. I ordered two pairs of pants totaling $42 + change, got the free shipping and will get a reward card. Can’t complain about that! Honestly their clothes seem to hold up very well to me and I’ve been successful. They also take returns at the store if they don’t fit.
I am replying to myself … just so you know if the code for the panty does not work, I sent a quick email to VS Customer Service and let them know I could not add them to my cart. Within 10 minutes I received an email saying I was being sent the panties under a separate order for free. So if you cannot get the code to work, trying emailing them 🙂
