The “addition” sample pops up in a separate box page. Is it maybe your browser or blocked pop ups?
It didn’t ever pop up. Called Customer Service and they added them to the order.

I had the same problem. I cleared the browsing history and cookies and it solved the problem for me.

I did this before Christmas and the Almost Lipstick is my new favorite thing! I’m not a lipstick person at all, and I love this!
You can also use the code WELCOME15 for an additional 15% off. I spent $4.15 on a mini with the fragrance free. I have to email customer service however because they did not add the additional samples.
It states, “One offer per order please,” so how did you add two codes?
