Anyone know if this is easy to return if I order & the expiration dates are too soon? My son is only 2 months old but what a deal …
Amazon won’t accept returns on food items. If there is a problem with your order (broken jar, shipped expired, etc), then they deal with that on an individual basis. Not sure if your situation (preordering months in advance) would be a reason for a refund? Might want to contact Amazon first and ask.
Thanks ! I returned food before but due to broken packaging . I went ahead and ordered anyway – it was only $6.01 since I have 5 items so I’ll donate if the date is too soon.
You could call and sse if they can tell you the expiration on it…
Great idea! I may do that since it won’t ship for a few weeks anyway . ..
I have found organic baby food – Earths Best and Beech Nut – at Big Lots for 30 cents a jar.
I was just about to ad this 🙂 Stage 1 is 20 cents and stage 2 which are bigger jars are 30 cents at my Big Lots. Just bought a bunch, and it doesn’t expire for 6 months.
You can make a ton of homemade baby food from store bought food such as squash, bananas, peas, carrots, apples, etc. It’s a lot cheaper to make your own than buy. And you know exactly what’s in your baby’s food.
if you need other things to add on that are cheaper than the in store price I usually add; Frito-Lay Chips Classic mix Multipack, 20 Count $5.08 or Jack Link’s Beef Jerky, Original, 3.25-Ounce Bags (Pack of 4) $13.57. These are prices after the 15% discount.
I bought 18 jars at Big Lots today for .30 cents a jar too. Expiration datws were summer 2015 to December 2015.
