Has anyone been able to use this code? I got a message stating “The online promo code you entered isn’t valid”
I just used it about 15 min ago and it worked perfectly.
I got it to work just fine online a couple minutes ago. It was also the same free code I got from downloading the app a couple days ago. This was the first time I used it.
I just used it, like 1 minute ago. Maybe copying and pasting it exactly as it appears might help. Also, I had to take away any spaces after the code when I pasted it.
I tried copying & pasting and just typing it in. Online & on the mobile app, I keep getting the same “invalid” message…weird!
I had a similar issue last week and called redbox. They sent me another code which also didn’t work. I called back and they said it is a tech issue and gave me a credit which I could apply to the movie. My account is working now. I was able to use this code. You might want to try calling them since they will really helpful.

I just used it with no problems. It was my first time using a RedBox rental.
Anyone have a suggestion for a good movie to rent? It is just my husband and I – he likes action and I like comedy or romance.
Kathy two movies that we enjoyed were John Wick…and the Good Lie. Also, the Interview was funny…stupid…but funny. Hope this helps. Ihate having a free code and no udea what to tent.
I did not like John Wick at all. I usually enjoy action movies but this one was way too bloody and sick to me.
I liked the good lie too. Getting the judge for tonight after a friend said it was good. She also said gone girl was good.
The Judge was really good and so is St. Vincent. I loved them both.

I went to 3 red boxes and it didn’t work
Cathy use it online or (if you have a smart phone) it worked in the app. You just select what location you want for pickup it reserves your movie.

Jennifer, that is what I rented as well for our family movie night. Just hope I can get it returned tomorrow before the weather gets bad again…going to pick it up while I get groceries tonight. We have not been out since Sunday!
