Can you tell me the day this ends? I have a gift card and am not sure how soon we will be able to get there.
It usually runs for a while. I would say at least a month.
Is Olive Garden struggling or something? I’ve noticed they’ve got a lot of promotions the past couple years. Makes me wonder if they’re business is struggling?
Omg!m too funny! I was just telling my husband that they’ve gotta be struggling to be offering all these promos.
Yes, they’re badly struggling. This is from June of last year, but it hasn’t gotten much better for them: https://www.forbes.com/sites/maggiemcgrath/2014/06/20/darden-profit-sinks-as-red-lobster-and-olive-garden-continue-to-struggle/
It’s just not that great for the price you pay. Plus each meal is like 1000+ calories. Who wants to eat that in one sitting? Not me!
IMO they always have struggled to make good food (breadsticks & salad are ok, but not the best)! Other than that, I’m not sure, but seems that in general, restaurants are doing more & more promotions because most of them are struggling in this economy. I dont know how many states & cities are lucky enough to have a Carrabbas Italian Grill, but if you’re near one & haven’t been, oh my! U r missing out BIG TIME. Theyve been doing a lot of promos in the past yr or so, & they rarely used to.
Here is a coupon for $5 all you can eat soup, salad and bread sticks, exp. 3/6:

can you do this with multiple people? like my hubby and i go out to eat we buy 2 and take 2 home?
That’s what I want to know!!
i was wondering the same thing. wonder if it’s one per table.
My girls and I each ordered and took home an entree once before.
Last time they had this both my husband and I were able to buy one to eat there and the other to take home.
My husband and I do this every year. There is no limit.
you can do this deal to-go too, just one will be cooked and the other u will have to microwave
nevermind not this time!
You can get this deal to go too. Click Collin’s link and it takes u to order this deal to go online!
Maggianos, which is also Italian, does this. So maybe OG is matching them.
exactly….was thinking that too…
Last time my family of 4 did this deal we had to pick from a few meals that we could choose to take home for free. Mostly just pasta with sauce or Alfredo etc.. They only offered certain meals you could choose from for your take home meal. If you wanted something different you had to pay an upgrade. Still a good deal . but didn’t take home the same meal I ordered for dinner. Not sure if its the same this time or not.
If you think about the true cost of the ingredients they’re using vs. What they are selling for, they win. Plus they know if you sit down in the restaurant, it is likely that a drink will be bought. Which the profits on drinks are HUGE.
For sure…we made the mistake of jumping on this offer a year or two ago. My parents and I each ate enough to barely get full and sadly the rest (in other words the 3 free meals) went in the garbage because it wasn’t good at all so it def wouldnt have been any better reheated the next day.
Notifi me of restaurant deals or discount
Olive Garden is our favorite restaurant. No one else makes chicken parmesan like them and their Fettucini Alfredo is better than anyone else’s I’ve ever tried. Not to mention their delicious salad. We tried Carraba’s twice, that was enough for me, not good at all. We eat almost free at Olive Garden with our MyPoints gift cards, I hope they never close down!
I’ve never been to olive garden! My hubby has been several times (with an old ex) and said your posting for overpriced pasta and bread. That ours at home is just as good or better I guess. I still can’t help wanting to go just once.
