Best Buy: Purchase Select Blu-ray (Prices Start at Just $7.99) = FREE $7.50 Fandango Cash Toward One Admission to DreamWorks’ Home
Are you planning to see the new DreamWorks’ movie Home (in theaters now)? Well, Best buy is offering up a great promo available in-store and online – Buy any movie listed here, and receive up to $7.50 Fandango Cash toward the purchase of one admission to DreamWorks’ Home in theaters.
What’s really sweet is that qualifying Blu-rays start in price at just $7.99 , so after you take into account the $7.50 Fandango Cash, it’s like snagging a movie for just $0.49! This includes Madagascar, Kung Fu Panda, Shrek, BEE movie and more! Keep in mind that if you opt to shop online, shipping is free on orders of $35 or more (and store pickup doesn’t appear to be an option 🙁 ). BUT a reader did tell me that she spotted the same movie deals in-store.
While supplies last. Offer expires 5/2/15 in store. Valid at participating theaters only. Valid for up to $7.50. Movie certificate expires 5/31/2015.
(Thanks, Raquel!)
fyi – walmart had loads of these with the free movie sticker – prices at $5 ea – check them out
Thanks…. we I’ll check it out.
If that’s the case I’d personally price match at best buy to get the points 😉 and and it towards my amount for the ibotta rebate Ty!!
The DVDs at walmart give you an $8 movie cash ticket, not $7.50 so it may be a better deal than Best Buy. We ended up seeing it FREE at a movie premier last Saturday. It was good. Not the best animated movie ever but cute. Kids and adults ocasionally laughed. Not worth a full ticket price IMO, but worth a matinee or free price.
Is fandango cash and movie cash different then? Can someone explain?
Movie cash works at different theaters just like Fandango cash. Google it and you should find the page of all participating theaters. There are a lot. I can tell you with Movie Cash there are no fees you just take the paper you print after inputting the code to the box office. They process it as cash. Others here are saying Fandango has fees. I know Movie Cash didn’t. My areas’ matinee tickets are now up to $8 so it fully covered the price of our tickets. We didn’t pay a thing.
Thanks for explaining.
It appears the $5 ones online are DVDs and not Blu Rays. Is it the same in store?
Home was really cute!
Yes super cute movie! Made me cry :p
Does the fandango cash ticket make you pay all of the service charges when ordering? I don’t really need any DVDs, so I think I would maybe be better off just paying movie ticket prices… Any thoughts?
you print a certificate and take it to theater to redeem towards movie tickets, no service fee
No, thats how Movie Cash works, but the Fandango cash must be redeemed through their website and there ARE fees unless you are an AMC Stubbs member and seeing it at an AMC theater in which case they are waived.
I always thought that Fandango charges fees.
Hubby n son watched the movie and they loved it 😀
They were 5$ at target with the free movie tickets too!(the non blue ray ones)
Nevermind Walmart has them not target
Does anyone know if these bluray come with digital movie?
My thoughts too. That would be the deal maker for me.
