  Hi Beth!
  It’s a regular manufacturer’s coupon but prints with a Walmart logo. And, according to Target’s new coupon policy, you can use coupons with other store logos on them! 🙂 Hope that helps!

   I wonder why the candy coupons are often for M&M’s. Wish they could change it up and have a coupon for us chocolate-haters!
