  At the top of the SYW acct, click on your name and a drop down menu will open. Click in the middle where it says “surprise points” and you’ll see what/how much you have. HTH!

   If you signed up for the Mother’s Day text last week you probably have a text with a link for $5 off $5… I used that. I got it for $3.95! The text coupon is good til the 17th

   recently, I cannot use my surprise points. It’s said that I have $12 to use on my Sears or Kmart purchase, but it did not show up when i Check out. Any idea? Thank you

  Sometimes it’s off of a specific amount. Like $12 when you spend $60. Try clicking the details. Hope that helps
