Just FYI….SAMs club has the same one for 34.99. It is not available for purchase online, only in store. I’ve been pricing these for a while and both of these are great deals. I decided on the XL version from Dicks sporting goods since it was on sale for $69.00 and I was able to use a $10.00 rewards coupon and a $10.00 off coupon. Total came to $49.00.

Thanks Hip2Save crew. We attend our daughter’s regattas and saw many people with these brellas. I came home and priced it. Of course, being the saver I am I decided not to pay full price and planned to search Craigslist. Lo and behold, you always come through for us. I bought one for $60 from a hardware store over easter vacation. It saved us from sun on the Florida beaches! Very comfortable for 2 big people but a family of 4 can fit and all be protected. This is a great item.

We bought one last summer and didn’t love it. Ended up returning it. First, there can’t be any wind or you can’t keep it from blowing over – even anchored. Second, I can’t tote it and set it myself which is what I need. Turned into a huge hassle for us.

I think this will work well for my son that has Aspergers.
He doesn’t like to be “looked at” so this will give him a degree of privacy when on the beach/out fishing.
Of course I probably won’t be able to share it with him. “Note to self….bring along plenty of sunscreen lotion for me.”
Will be saving up to get a second one for myself in the near future.
