What ages would you recommend this for? Have a 4 yr old on 3 wheeled scooter who’s almost ready for the next size up both in size & challenge. Wondering if this would be worth getting or too big?
One of the reviewers said that the handlebars don’t adjust on this scooter so it might be too big.
