PS – Pet Peeve…99.9 percent of the US uses their time zone acronyms incorrectly! Probably not EST…S stands for “Standard” and unless you are in Arizona, Hawaii, or the US Virgin Islands you are probably in Daylight Time (EDT, CDT, MDT, PDT) now. Therefore, to use EST is incorrect. Using EDT is correct, and is correct March- November, or about two thirds of the calendar year. ET is correct all year long!
