I have pinned and made the empanadas and Spanish rice. Both are great! The empanadas were a lot of work so it hasn’t made it into our dinner rotation, but I make the Spanish rice all the time. My husband loves it and requests it often and I love how simple it is!
Off topic, but I was able to stack 3 coupons for 15% off a home item at kmart this morning…only from my mobile tho. On the desktop browser, it wouldnt work. I went to the weekly ad and got overstock/clearance items. Using surprise points, everything was free, store pickup. Plus, yesterday I used surprise points to buy clearance sandals. I paid 9cents and got back $5 in reward points because they had a points back offer on certain shoes.
