  Sizes run true to size. Quality is excelent on tops, and bottoms. ! I ONLY buy my chothes at vanity. Well worth it

   I get to the page to put in my credit card, and it says I qualify for free shipping but there is still a shipping charge. I don’t want to enter the credit card information and still get charged shipping. Anyone else having that problem?

    I get to the payment page and it says I qualify for free shipping but it’s still charging it. The necklace I want is only 3.59 and shipping is 6.95. I guess I won’t be getting it. Bummer.
