Just be warned shipping takes forever. I had placed an order with them on July 2 so I could get free shipping with the code they were offering, but they didn’t ship anything until the 7th. So the earliest I will get my order is the 10th. My question is why did they wait till the 7th to ship anything when the order and the label was created on the 2nd? The real kicker is it shows shipping being subtracted from my total, but they still charged me for shipping. This was my first time ordering from them and probably my last. So sad. Maybe I’m just spoiled with Amazon prime. Oh well, I hope if y’all order you have better luck than me.:)

I have never had any issues with shipping. My orders have always shipped within 24 hrs and I have received in just a few days. All promo codes I have used have worked properly and I haven’t been charged anything iffy. My experience has always been great with elf. I love their products too. Oh and calling CS was a breeze (I actually had to call today).

I actually placed my order on the 30th & got it on the 2nd! (It was only coming from NJ & I live in NY) i was pleasantly surprised with the 50 cent lip glosses and free shipping!

Maybe, I don’t know. I mean I can’t complain too much , after all I did get a very good deal on a lot of makeup. It’s just frustrating that I have ordered stuff from other companies after that and have already gotten the products. I guess God is teaching me patience.;)
