Definitely! I bought a bunch(32) 2 years ag0 & finally decided i needed to replace them (due to fading). So 9 weeks ago i bought 14 pairs of hipsters & 4 everyday panties. The hipsters after one washing (on gentle cycle) with my silk camilsoles, slips & Bralettes were ruined! On most of them,the elastic on the waist or leg became unraveled. The seams on the side came out, i was so disappointed! Thank fully my mom resewed the sides with her serger and was creative enough to find wide & thin elastic lace at joanns. She redid the elastic on the others wiyhout telling me(i threw them away). I looked at the tags, they are made in China. My old ones were made in Mexico with much thicker fabric and elastic.
That was my first guess. That the manufacturer or the manufacturing location had changed. 😒
