Schoola 20% off and Free Shipping

Schoola is offering up FREE shipping AND 20% off on ALL orders when you enter the promo code OHBABY at checkout – no minimum purchase required! In addition, Schoola is still offering all new members a FREE $15 credit whenever you sign up for a new account through this link (yes, this is my referral link). PLUS, if you already have an account (or if you just signed up), you can also earn a FREE $10 credit for simply creating a custom collection (takes 2 minutes or less)!

Schoola

That means returning customers can score up to a $10 credit and new customers can score up to a $25 credit! So awesome!

As I mentioned above, the links in this post are my referral links. Keep in mind that you can also create your own referral link to share with friends, family, and on your own Facebook / Twitter pages. When they go through your link, they’ll get $15 to spend and you’ll get $15 to spend… so it’s a win win!

I created a few collections and cannot seem to find where to locate and use my credit. Help.

Mine showed up after I added $10 in my bag at checkout….used the link but no $15 as well:( Did get a cute Gap athletic jacket for myself so thanks Collin!!

Mine didn’t show up either. The top banner did say that I had a $10 credit but when I went to checkout ($13 in my bag) and there was no credit.

Same problem – have any of you figured out a solution?

I just called and they said that I set-up a Custom Collection back in May and got the $10 credit then and couldn’t get another credit this time. I never used the credit from May though (expired in July) so she refunded $10 from the order I placed this morning. Definitely worth a quick phone call to them, they were very nice! I got 3 shirts for .42 cents!

Mine was exactly the same reason – I had created an account through Collin’s link and a custom collection months ago but didn’t use my credits and they expired. I only found out after I emailed them. But my customer service experience was the exact opposite of the yours. Here’s the reply:
“Thanks for reaching out. It looks like you did indeed receive your $10 credit back on 5/5 and they do expire 60 days later. It looks like your credits did expire on 7/5. Unfortunately once your credits expire we are unable to re-issue them or extend the expiration date. We do try to give as much ample time for the credit to be used.”

I wish their website was clearer to begin with – I wouldn’t have bothered with browsing their site if I could have easily viewed my earned/used/expired credits prior to filling up my cart. Very disappointed that I wasted my time with this company. 🙁 I think I’ll stick with Once Upon A Child when we’re in a growth spurt/season change and I don’t have time to wait for a sale – no shipping, better prices and we can examine and try on everything.

Is the $10 credit one per household?

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      I believe so 🙁

      • BB

That’s okay! I got 2 nice jackets for my niece for FREE! I really appreciate you posting this! 🙂

        • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

          Glad to hear that! 🙂

I signed up through Collin’s link couple months ago (thank you!) and placed couple orders and scored some very nice items. I had an issue twice when I received wrong size but their customer service was great and prompt and refunded what I paid immediately plus gave me some extra credit to use! I only browse through “good condition” and zoom on pictures to see if there are any flaws.
I would be really grateful if someone could use my link, thank you!

Curious if you can refer your spouse? Or is it one account per household? Thanks

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

I believe this is one per household 🙁

    • MommySpendsLess

From their website: “Trying to game the system isn’t cool and violates Schoola’s terms. Please don’t refer others in your household, or other email addresses associated with your computer. You can see a list of prohibited activities here. Violations can result in cancellation of referral credits, cancellation of orders and closing of accounts.”

You don’t need the code to get free shipping FYI. So if you have credits where they messed your orders up, you can use it with this.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

That’s great! You are so welcome! 😀

Is this deal dead? I tried this morning and I only have a $10 credit, I didn’t get the $15.
