I LOVE warehouse deals. It’s usually just items that have been returned and the packaging is slightly damaged. I have gotten amazing deals on so much like my Kitchenaid mixer, and just last week I got a beautiful oil rubbed bronze faucet for half off for my daughters play kitchen we’re making.
I tried to order quest bars which would have been an amazing deal but it won’t ship to my address…says can’t ship internationally…I live in central Illinois! Amazon customer service could not help 😔
My sister called about the same issue last month. They finally got back to her and said they won’t ship to certain addresses durning certain months because it’s too warm and they won’t risk the item melting or going bad. 😏

We had may had 4-5 orders shipped to us completely unusable from warehouse. This past week we received two whole house humidifiers and sent them BOTH back. Sent back 2 air compressors that were nonfunctioning. Then just random broken items. sometimes its a great price others its a stinking hassle.

How do you know for sure your shopping on the warehouse?
Look for items that say new and used, when it shows the other sellers besides Amazon, it will say Amazon warehouse deals right next to the price.

It’s hit or miss…some items come like new, just with messed up packaging. Others are beat up, parts missing, etc. I’ve ordered from the warehouse plenty though , so I’m probably not eligle for this promo. Sticks they don’t honor loyalty.
I’ve order stuff from warehouse deals multiple times in the past. The code worked for me, and it also automatically took another 10% off on top of the $10 off fifty code. Both promo discounts were listed as “warehouse deals”at check out, I saved a total of $18.23 on a tool I’ve been eyeing for months!

Unrelated Amazon question. I feel like every time, no matter the day or time, the past three months, when I call CS I get someone in a different country that has no idea how to help me with the most basic return or shipping questions. Is it just me or anyone else having this issue?

I was just going to say the same thing! I want to say all companies are required to transfer you to an individual/customer service in the states of you request so … But, I could be wrong on that. I just know when calling my bank (Chase) for a fraud issue I requested someone in the states and they had no issues transferring me.
I’ve called quite a few times and almost always get someone with a very clear American accent. The only time I didn’t the gentleman was more than helpful and resolved my issue. When I have that problem with other places I ask for a supervisor. The supervisor is almost always American and resolves whatever it is I need.
I’ve bought 5 Diono carseats, a couple resin deck products and some various other items this way and been pleased, been eyeing slow cookers and couldn’t decide what size, so I used this deal and got 3 and 6 qt both 🙂

My big scores this year have been a Kawaii Crush (large) doll for $3, assorted dolls (Moxie Girlz, Monster High, Barbie, and others) All $6-7 or less, Shopkins products significantly discounted (Mega pack for 10 bucks!).. You just have to be in the right place at the right time, and read the description carefully!
