Are able to get short text through your phone. That happen with me and I called my cell phone company and short text was disabled on my account. They had to turn it on.

Last time i tried using this the cashier said “this code wont work”! She didnt even try putting the code in to see.. i was so irritated and sad because i was hoping to get an awesome deal. Ok so I was thinking about why some people had issues and others like me had none… Maybe it was because i am a “plus-sized” woman shopping there. I guess if u r someone who isn’t they figure u r only there for free stuff and have no intention of ever shopping there again… This is still wrong of the employee to do that, but u may have an issue if u are “normal” sized…
Even if the customers weren’t plus sized, they have socks, scarfs,jewelry, etc that fit everyone. There was no need for the employees to become rude and turn down a customer because they didn’t purchase a ton of stuff. Also, some people buy for others
Wow i would call customer service and complain. I had no trouble using mine on clearance or anything. I don’t understand some employees at retail stores where they act like using a coupon takes money out of their pockets. I worked in retail for years and gave customers every deal I could. Ok so you go in to get a “free” item and maybe u see something u really like…. Thats how coupons work maybe u will spend only the $10 but some people may buy more…

The lanebryantoutlet and lanebryant are totally SEPARATE stores 🙁 They’re both owned by the same group, and there’s some product-overlaps but there’s also some product-exclusives. You can’t return items at the different stores, and the coupons are different too. If you go to the outlet, make sure you ask if they have any coupons available. Sometimes the one near me has a few at the counter for walk-in-customers 🙂
