I have this and use it to cook my turkey every year. Some of the juiciest turkeys I’ve ever done come from this oven. I will say though, if you’re looking for a nice brown picture perfect turkey, this won’t brown the skin like you’re used to. But what it lacks in appearance it makes up for in taste. Just don’t open the lid very often because the heat and steam will escape and that’s what makes the turkey great!
